Purpose in life and meaningful relationship were always important to me. I was fortunate to grow up in a very loving and trusting family, where we had lots of wonderful and deep conversations – we talked for hours around the dinner table.

I met so many inspiring people working as a teacher, youth worker, international flight attendant and coach. Having lived in four countries across three continents (Europe, South America, Australia), travelling to over 40 countries and experiencing different cultures I now love helping clients from all over the world.

With gentle honesty, enthusiastic support and encouragement I love to inspire, challenge and help people to discover who they really are and to live a healthy life – mentally, physically, spiritually and socially.
